1. Using Zelto

By using Zelto, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. These terms apply to the search engine, accounts, website tools, and other features made available by Zelto.

2. Search results

Zelto indexes and retrieves information from the web and may use third-party infrastructure to discover, crawl, or process pages. Search results can change, contain errors, or link to websites operated by other people.

Zelto does not control the content, availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party websites. You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it.

If you use website verification or website management features, you must only submit websites that you own or are authorized to manage. Verification does not give Zelto ownership of your website or its content.

Zelto may crawl, analyze, store, and use website information as necessary to provide the requested website features and operate its search index.

Do not use Zelto to abuse, disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure. Do not use automated requests or other activity in a way that bypasses reasonable limits or interferes with other users.

You remain responsible for content and information you submit to Zelto. You must have the rights or authorization needed to submit that material and must not use the service to distribute unlawful or harmful content.

8. No guarantee of search accuracy

Search results are provided for general information and discovery. Zelto does not guarantee that results are complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular decision. For important matters, verify information with appropriate primary or authoritative sources.

9. Intellectual property

Zelto and its original software, branding, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party content shown through search results belongs to its respective owners.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Zelto changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you agree to the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
